Coldwater Creek

I have contacted the Customer Service office three different times. The first two were concerning the navy blue pants that I ordered sometime in October 2024, the last time I contacted them was mid February regarding a pair of tennis shoes I've ordered.

Each time I spoke with them I was told they were going to be shipped out that week. Today, March 1, 2025, I have not received either order.
I want my orders. If the item is unavailable then tell me, don't keep putting me off.
Coldwater Creek's quality of merchandise and the quality of service has dropped to the lowest it can get. You can stop sending me catalogs and text.

I do not intend to purchase anything else from them. Once you place your order to them, that is the last you hear from them until you receive the package in the mail.

You don't know when it has shipped or if it is unavailable. NOTHING!

I placed an order on 2/11, and today is 3/11. I called customer service two weeks ago and was told all items were backordered and should be arriving on 3/10, then would be shipped out.

I purposely ordered to allow enough shipping time for my clothing (that I paid for) to arrive at my home before I leave on vacation for a month. I am beyond upset. I can't even find the email address for the corporate office; there are two listed, one in Florida and the other on the Eastern coast.

I call customer service, a representative working from home, and obtain no resolution, except that it's on its way! They certainly took my money fast.

My extended family and I have been placed in orders with cold water Creek for years. The quality of their clothes are excellent and we have been good customers however I am not sure what has happened to their customer service department, or out of the last five orders we have placed.

Ive been on the phone to customer service regarding different orders and different circumstances. I have been lied to lately after proving that I was lied to the representative hung up.

I have been deceitful paid for overnight shipping multiple times and was told a week later that they dont have control over when the shipments arrive, etc. what time is the they seem to be consistently giving horrible customer service so as of today I will no longer support the company nor will be cold water Creek customer.

I ordered two items from Coldwater Creek, my Amex was charged immediately for BOTH items. Then, a day later, Amex informed me they'd charged another amount on my card.

Since they'd already charged for the two items, I flagged the charge, told Amex that I did not make a second order with them. I called Coldwater Creek customer service (outsourced to barely-English-speaking call center), and they told me that Coldwater Creek charges TWICE -- at point of sale, and then again when item is ready to ship, which is...what's the word?...oh, yeah, STEALING. Then, they say one item isn't even in stock (if I hadn't called, I'd never know, yet I was CHARGED TWICE FOR THIS). The other, they say, was shipped.

But it wasn't. They sent a shipping notice.

Still not shipped. Also, they inform you they will keep all sales tax if you return anything, which is an actual crime.

NeverBought three items - had to return two of the three - then noticed a 16.95 charge every month- tried to call to inquire get the customer service - no service runaround - no one answered after holding for over a hour . Discovered thru social media if you buy something they side in a sign up for rewards of which there is no disclosure on what the rewards really are?

So I bought one item and they are cheating the public out of this hidden sign up for a rewards program that you get no information about and unless you monitor your credit card statement you will be charged monthly for the privilege of buying something from them - maybe this is their way of recouping all the losses they encountered from declaring bankruptcy and rebranding their company - shame on Coldwater Creek! Will NEVER buy from them again!

Neither should you. Hope this message gets attention - if you dont believe me checkout their BBB reviews - repeated complaints all with same issue - and interestingly the responses from the company thru the BBB are all sanctimonious and condescending - the customer signed up for this - well all customers denied even knowing they signed up - maybe the company needs a class action lawsuit against them to get the message ?
