Coldwater did the following: *Took my order Nov 21 without applying the advertised discount *Did not send confirmation of order *Double shipped! Double charged! *Recorded my order 12/3 AND 12/16 (per packing slips) *No return info in packages OR on website *No customer service agent on phone - recording says to refer back to website an look at FAQs....NO FAQS ON WEBSITE! Im pissed. I used to be a freakin poster child for Coldwater. Never again. Please do not waste your $ with this ghost company.

I ordered a top from Coldwater Creek, but the order went in twice and I am billed for two of the same item. I have called many times, waited hours for a call-back, only to be disconnected. When I finally spoke to a rep., she promised to send me a postage paid return label after which I would get a refund. I have waited for days and received nothing. I have also written to their email address and been promised a response within 5 days, but never received any response. I love their products, but HATE their Customer Service!!!

Its been two weeks I've sent to emails to cust. service and have called numerous times and no one answers. If I do not get an answer soon I will be calling the better business bureau. 972-904-**** This is not how you run a business.

Purchased gift for my niece in another state, it was of poor quality and Ill fitting, she returned it and requested a refund. Ordered a different more expensive item for her. I was billed and it was never received. I have called and emailed customer service, zero response. Will be filing a BBB complaint and contesting the charges with my credit card company

3 months have gone by and no shipment of my order!

Ordered 9 items on sale(only way to afford them) 3 1/2 months ago and still not all delivered. They keep changing the back order date every time I check it.

Now I have to wait until July to get news that I will have to wait until August! On top of that, I received most recent issue of their catalogue and saw that a few of items I ordered and didnt receive, are advertised for sale at their regular expensive prices. I think they hope to sell out and then tell me that my order is sold out and cancelled. Bad business people.

I have been a customer long before you even closed your store. Shame on you for treating your faithful customers this way.

I had the same problem. Went to their website - they claimed no history of order!

Tried calling, phone disconnected. Had credit company reverse charge. In spite of this, I constantly receive new catalogs!

After they changed hands in November the current company takes your money and never ships you anything, claiming it’s due to covid. I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charge.

The company responded by again pretending to ship the item and gave me an invalid FedEx tracking number. It’s now a sham company.

"Buyer Beware" Paid for & Never Received my order

This applies to the New Re-Opened Coldwater Creek "We're Back" Place an order on 12-28-2020 received a shipping notice on 12-30-2020. The items have never left their warehouse. They are a SCAM! I called back on 1-6-2021 and CSR said Oh, I can see. I'll send it out 2-day shipping. Never received another shipping notice, and NO products ever received. Thank goodness I used my AMEX card. I will get my money back from them as I opened a fraud case.

I placed an order on July 20th and received a confirmation email with details and a confirmation number. Unfortunately, I never received a shipping email or any packages. Now when I login to the Coldwater Creek website, there is NO history for me, including older purchases. I had always had great luck with Coldwater Creek in the past - this is a true disappointment. I have emailed the company twice with no response.

Order Cancelled Without Notice

I placed an order during Coldwater Creeks final sale. I understand that they were in their last days of operation, but I had a very disappointing experience. I was informed that all items I ordered were in stock, so I dutifully placed my order and proceeded to wait for my items to arrive in the mail. After several days of not receiving any further information, I attempted to call customer service to see what was going on. Apparently, theyd bankrupted, and cancelled my order with no notice! Ive been a loyal customer for many years, so I was more than shocked. I put it down to being a casualty of their bankruptcy process, but it didnt lessen the sting.

I ordered three items in 7/23/20 totaling $80.67. On 7/31/20, I received an email from coldwater Creek customer service stating my order was cancelled and my account wouldnt be charged, but it was. I have not received my refund. I have called 888-678-**** repeatedly but stating high volume of calls and cannot get through. A Verizon message. I just called (781) 749-**** but no one answered. I need to receive my refund!

The company closed on 8/31/20. Well for those like myself that had a branded Mastercard with them, caused me a credit score drop by 7 points. Mind you, this was beyond my control. The balance was a "paid" in full account when closed. The utilization was good. The overall credit total dropped by $5250. Why. must a customer with good standings have to pay the price for its closure. Bummer

I have tried every Avenue to get a response from Coldwater Creek and I hit a roadblock. I tried getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau and was informed Coldwater Creek is out of business. It is a shame that refunds were not processed.

No resolution. No response from customer service email.

I have sent at least 4 emails inquiring about my refund after I sent the crops back and never received a response.

Phone numbers do not work. So upset and dissatisfied.
